Return & Exchange Policy

At Loom & Cloth, we want you to be absolutely obsessed with your space. We take huge pride in our Small Batch Sustainability model and the artisan craftsmanship behind every piece. Because our items are made in limited runs and shipped internationally, we have a few guidelines to keep our mission sustainable.

The Essentials

  • Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them—unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Monogrammed & Custom Items: Since these pieces are personalized just for you, all custom monogrammed items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


How to Start a Return

  1. To start a return, please reach out to our team at info@loomandcloth.com.

  2. Include your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  3. Our US-based support team in NY or Georgia will review your request and provide you with the return shipping instructions.

  4. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


Damages & Issues

We put every order through a rigorous quality check before it leaves our artisans in India, but we know things can happen during the flight!

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong thing, contact us immediately. We’ll make it right—on us.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund!


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This helps us manage our small-batch inventory more accurately!
