Shipping & The Journey

How long until my Loom & Cloth order arrives? Because we’re all about Small Batch Sustainability (no mass-produced fast fashion here!), your pieces are custom-made just for you.

  • The Creation Phase: Our artisans in India spend 5–7 days crafting your order with precision and care.

  • The Journey: Once it clears our quality check and hits the air, it’s sent via FedEx Priority International Shipping, which takes about 3–5 days to arrive at your door.

  • Total Vibes: You can expect your Loom & Cloth delivery in your hands roughly 2 weeks after you hit "order."

Wait, why India? We searched the globe for the best artisans, and we found them! By shipping directly from our partners in India, we cut out the "middleman" warehouse. This means less waste, a smaller carbon footprint, and higher-quality pieces delivered straight to your door. We cover all tariffs/duties.

Can I track my order? Absolutely. As soon as your order clears our quality check and catches its flight, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can stalk your package all the way to your room. 

Product & Fit

Do your pillows come with inserts? YES. We aren't about that "cover only" life. Our ruffled bolsters, squares, and lumbars all arrive pre-stuffed with a premium, hypoallergenic alternative down insert. They are ready to be chopped and styled the second they arrive.

What makes the Headboard Pillows different? Unlike our 100% cotton ruffled collection, our Headboard Pillows are made from upholstery-grade fabrics designed to be durable and hold their shape. They act as a portable headboard, providing a soft barrier between you and the wall while adding a major pop of pattern.

How do I care for my 100% cotton pieces? To keep your cotton feeling fresh and soft, we recommend a cold machine wash and a low tumble dry.

  • Style Hack: Since 100% natural cotton can shrink slightly, we highly recommend sizing up in our pajamas for that perfectly oversized, cozy fit!
